3. Managing Bookings:

The preauthorization of the transaction is made immediately after the customer makes the booking request. The pre-authorized amount is then charged once you accept the request. Once a booking is made, you will receive a notification. You should respond promptly to confirm availability and discuss details. If you do not respond within 6 days after the request is made or one day before the start of the requested booking period, the booking request will automatically expire and the client's funds will be returned. Once accepted, the payment is processed and deducted from the buyer's card, and the funds are temporarily held by Stripe. Both parties receive a transaction receipt via email.

b. Once accepted, use the messaging feature to communicate with users and address any questions or concerns they may have.

c. After the booking period has ended, your payout will occur according to Stripe's payout schedule which is typically between 7-10 business days after the booking period. After the booking period has ended, payment is then moved from the Stripe holding account to the Service Provider.
